Lilia has long-term experience and an abundant practice in mergers and acquisitions of businesses\/companies, structuring foreign investments and preparing tax due diligence. She specialises in direct taxation.<\/p>\n

Before founding Taxacta in 2006, Lilia worked in PwC for more than 10 years, during that period she was providing tax consultations primarily to multinational companies. She has a LL.M. degree from the Sofia University \u201cSt. Kliment Ohridski\u201d and has further specialized in Germany. Lilia is a member of the Sofia Bar Association.<\/p>\n
